What is the K&J HealthCare policy?
The K&J Healthcare product may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the date of receipt(minus the cost of shipping and handling).
The returned device must be postmarked 15 days or less from the date of receipt. Devices shipped after that point will be returned to the customer in lieu of a refund. All returned devices must be in good and same condition as how it was sold. If it is not, it will be returned to the customer in lieu of a refund.
Once K&J HealthCare has received returned devices, takes 7 -10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.
Will you pay for return shipping?
No. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Limited Warranty for U.S.A.
The limited warranty set forth below is given by K&J Healthcare, LLC. (K&J Healthcare) in the United States with respect to the K&J Healthcare Brand Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator purchased with this limited warranty, when purchased and used in the United States. The Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator purchased with this limited warranty is the only Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator to which this warranty card and the limited warranty provided by K&J Healthcare and stated on the card apply.
Your Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator or other contents, when delivered to you in new condition in its original container, is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, defective parts or a defective Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator returned to K&J Healthcare as applicable, and proven to be defective upon inspection, will be repaired with new or comparable rebuilt parts or exchanged for a refurbished Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator, as determined by K&J Healthcare. This limited warranty applies to the Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator compact power adapter. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY ACCESSORIES NOT MENTIONED ABOVE. This limited warranty shall only apply if the Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator is used in conjunction with compatible equipment as to which items K&J Healthcare, shall have no responsibility. Non-K&J Healthcare brand equipment that may be distributed with the Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator are sold "as is" and without warranty of any kind by K&J Healthcare, including any implied warranty regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are disclaimed. The sole warranty, if any, with the respect to such non- K&J Healthcare brand items is given by the manufacturer or producer thereof.
This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator, and does not apply in the following cases:
(a) Loss of or damage to the Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by you, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed in K&J Healthcare users manual or services performed by someone other than K&J Healthcare. Without limiting the foregoing, water damage, sand/corrosion damage, dropping the Generator, scratches, abrasions or damage to the body or LED display or damage to the connectors or AC adapter will be presumed to have resulted from misuse, abuse or failure to operate the Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator as set forth in the operating instructions. (b) Use of parts or supplies (other than those sold by K&J Healthcare) that cause damage to the Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator or cause abnormally frequent service calls or service problems. (c) If the Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator has had its serial number or dating altered or removed.
NO IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLIES TO THE SIL VER MINERAL ALKALINE WATER GENERATOR AFTER THE APPLICABLE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, AND NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR GUARANTY, EXCEPT AS MENTIONED ABOVE, GIVEN BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WITH RESPECT TO SILVER MINERAL ALKALINE WATER GENERATOR SHALL BIND K&J HEALTHCARE. (SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU) K&J HEALTHCARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF REVENUES OR PROFITS, INCONVENIENCE, EXPENSE FOR SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR SERVICE, STORAGE CHARGES, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SILVER MINERAL ALKALINE WATER GENERATOR, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND EVEN IF K&J HEALTHCARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL RECOVERY OF ANY KIND AGAINST K&J HEALTHCARE BE GREATER IN AMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SILVER MINERAL ALKALINE WATER GENERATOR SOLD BY K&J HEALTHCARE AND CAUSING THE ALLEGED DAMAGE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY TO YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY AND TO OTHERS AND THEIR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF USE OR MISUSE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SILVER MINERAL ALKALINE WATER GENERATOR NOT CAUSED DIRECTLY BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF K&J Healthcare. MAIL-IN SERVICE is a program under which your Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator is repaired by K&J Healthcare. Contact the K&J Healthcare at 1-201-339-5111.
It is your responsibility to properly package and sends the defective Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator, together with a copy of your dated proof of purchase, a complete explanation of the problem and a return address to the K&J Healthcare at your expense. Do not include any other items with the defective Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator. The defective Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator covered by this limited warranty will be repaired and returned to you without charge by K&J Healthcare. Any Silver Mineral Alkaline Water Generator received by K&J Healthcare that is not covered by the limited warranty will be returned and not repaired, or at the discretion of K&J Healthcare, you may receive a written estimate of repair at such cost as the service center may establish from time to time.
